- Perform a variety of beauty treatments and facials, based on client preferences and requirements.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, concerns, and desired outcomes, and recommend suitable treatments accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends.
- Advise clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and recommend appropriate retail products for home use to enhance treatment results.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele base by fostering strong relationships and delivering personalized experiences that exceed customer expectations.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of products, adhering to sanitation protocols, and using personal protective equipment when necessary.
- Proven work experience as a Beautician or similar role.
- Knowledge of various beauty treatments, techniques, and products.
- Proficient in performing facials and other relevant beauty services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
