We are looking for a **proactive, organised and responsible individual** to join our team as an **Admin & Recruitment**.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle daily administrative and office operations.

* Maintain company records, databases, filing and documentation.

* Assist in the recruitment process from **candidate sourcing, screening to interview coordination**.

* Post job vacancies across recruitment platforms.

* Contact, follow up and communicate with potential candidates.

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

* Assist with new employee onboarding and documentation.

* Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.

* Support the management team with HR and administrative matters.

Requirements

* Minimum **SPM / Diploma** in any relevant field.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

* Well-organised, detail-oriented and responsible.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Interested in **Recruitment, HR & Administration**.

* Previous experience in Recruitment / HR / Admin is an advantage.
