An excellent opportunity for experienced Automation Technicians to join a high-tech manufacturing environment, supporting automation systems, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair of automation and peripheral equipment.
Carry out preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot robotic systems, vision systems, sensors and pneumatic equipment.
Support equipment improvement projects and process validation.
Monitor equipment performance and minimise production downtime.
Maintain maintenance reports and spare parts records.
Train production technicians on basic equipment troubleshooting.
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of automation or plant equipment maintenance experience.
Experience with robotics, vision systems, sensors and pneumatic systems preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
