Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business development team to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, responding to client requests for proposals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, responding to inquiries and providing support via email, phone, and SMS, while also assisting the business development team to foster strong client relationships and drive growth.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Administrative Duties

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of working experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
• Able to communicate with management professionally and confidently
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Knowledge computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Post Secondary / Diploma qualification
