Job Scope

• Handle customer enquiries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide accurate information and assistance on insurance-related matters.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely resolution.

• Record and update customer information accurately.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.

• Perform other ad-hoc customer service duties as assigned.
