About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in George Town.

You’ll help us grow the DREAMZ brand and promote our events across digital platforms. From social media and content creation to campaign planning and performance tracking, you’ll get to explore different areas of digital marketing while working closely with our creative and events teams.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage DREAMZ's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create engaging content for social media and digital platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Use web analytics tools to track and understand results
• Work closely with the events and creative teams on ongoing campaigns
• Coordinate with external partners when needed
• Prepare regular campaign and performance reports
• Keep an eye out for new digital trends and opportunities

What We're Looking For

• A good understanding of marketing and digital campaigns
• Experience managing social media platforms
• Good writing and communication skills
• Able to create engaging and audience-focused content
• Comfortable working with analytics and campaign performance data
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
• Experience with email marketing platforms is an advantage
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
• Enjoys working in a creative and fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on-site in George Town

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
