About the Roles

Join a Freight Forwarding Services company as a Business Development Manager based at Changi Airport, working a 5-day schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. This is a permanent position offering a competitive package comprising basic salary, commission, AWS, and VB, with opportunities to drive business growth across local and Intra-Asia markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business expansion and acquire new clients locally and within Intra-Asia.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in the logistics sector.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to generate sales leads and additional business opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for client enquiries and address concerns to support customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to prepare client-focused proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and service providers to secure mutually suitable agreements.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to support smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, carrier performance, and market conditions to guide sales planning.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and business updates to management.
• Participate in tenders, RFQs, and bids to support business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business development or sales roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Good strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
