Full Stack Engineer (Senior Consultant/Consultant)

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, build and deploy applications using OutSystems, covering user interfaces, business logic, workflows, integrations and data models, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with technical standards
2. Develop automated workflows, forms and screen flows to deliver intuitive, accessible and responsive user experiences
3. Collaborate closely with the cross-functional Scrum team and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions
4. Deliver features through the full sprint cycle, with code review and quality testing
5. Manage the deployment lifecycle and monitor application/product performance and resiliency
6. Flag platform limitations to Lead Engineer and delivery risk to Project Manager
7. Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including technical specifications and support materials

Skill Sets:

• 6 + years OutSystems development experience
• OutSystems certification (OutSystems Expert Developer, Associate Reactive Developer or higher)
• Experience in agile-scrum methodology, DevOps practices and end-to-end project lifecycle
• Experience building government or public sector digital products
• Experience in integrating legacy systems into a modern platform
• Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
• Good knowledge of the government ICT policies and standards
• Experience in integrating applications with AI or machine learning services
