We are seeking a forward-thinking specialist to spearhead AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across our organization. This is an innovation-focused position where you will partner with business leaders to implement technology that streamlines operations and elevates our healthcare services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Identify, evaluate, implement, and optimise AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage, enhance, and support business applications and digital platforms.
• Develop system integrations, workflow automations, and API connections to streamline business processes.
• Coordinate with software vendors on system implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Support digital transformation projects, including planning, testing (UAT), deployment, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Train and support users to drive adoption of AI and digital tools across the organisation.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies that enhance healthcare operations and patient experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in the support, maintenance, or delivery of IT projects.
• Understanding of Agile software development practices is an advantage.
• Experience in data automation or vibe coding is an advantage.

Pay: $4,800.00 - $7,000.00 per month
