Full Time Promotizer - Genting Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,300 in Boxplus Digital Malaysia Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Introduce and explain BoxPlus Smart Parcel Cabinet.
• Teach couriers, guests and guards how to use the locker.
• Answer customer questions.
• Help customers when they have parcel-related issues.
• Communicate with the customer service team when escalation is needed.
• Check that lockers are working and ready.
• Follow the launch/setup checklist.
• Assist customer unable to retrieve parcel
• Collect parcels that are left/staying at the designated area.
• Deliver them to guests.
• Make sure parcels are handled professionally.
• Put up advertising/promotional stickers at assigned locations.
• Build relationships and potentially generate leads.
• Manage and monitor the BoxPlus Parcel Hub in Genting, including ensuring parcels are properly organized, stored, and handled securely.
• Monitor parcel collection and delivery activities at the BoxPlus Parcel Hub.
• Assist customers, couriers, and guests with parcel-related enquiries and ensure smooth daily parcel hub operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
