About the role

As an E-Commerce Executive at NEW TECH FURNITURE SDN. BHD, you will play a vital role in driving the company's online sales and digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services online

  • Manage the company's e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to avoid stock issues

  • Analyse website performance and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the company's social media channels

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve

  • Assist with the planning and execution of offline marketing initiatives, such as events and trade shows

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the retail or furniture industry

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimisation (SEO), paid advertising, and social media marketing

  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and data analytics tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Able to work for 6 days per week
    Mon-Friday: 9.30AM-6.30PM
    Saturday: 9.30AM-1.30PM
