EVERY CHAT Is A CHANCE To CONNECT

From the first online enquiry to the motorcycle handover, you’ll help make every customer interaction smooth, clear and personal. Your role is not just to respond — it’s about being there to guide customers throughout their journey.

• Connect & Respond -

Respond promptly to enquiries from Live Host leads, WhatsApp, social media and other online platforms.

• Guide & Assist -

Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.

• Make It Smooth -

Coordinate the motorcycle registration process with relevant parties.

Provide basic after-sales support when needed.

Your EVERYDAY OFFICE VIBE

No need to worry about outstation work — you’ll be based in our office with a friendly and positive working environment for 5.5 days a week.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
