Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Clerk to support daily finance and administrative operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and smooth coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting and finance administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency
• Prepare invoices, payment records, and supporting financial documents accurately for processing
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation to ensure data integrity
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities to support cash flow management
• Reconcile financial transactions and contribute to monthly financial reporting for accuracy
• Coordinate finance-related communications and processes with internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Support additional finance and administrative activities as needed to facilitate team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles to enhance task execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications to manage financial data effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and independent work
