Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor production schedules according to customer orders and delivery requirements
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchasing and other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Monitor production progress and follow up on delivery schedules
- Prepare and maintain production planning and product control reports
- Monitor material availability and production status
- Follow up on customer orders and provide updates on order status
- Identify production delays or potential issues and coordinate with relevant departments for solutions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in the system
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in production planning, product control, customer service or a related field
- Experience in Customer Service will be an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to communicate effectively with internal departments and customers
- Good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply
