Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the company's HR operations and administration.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
Supervise payroll, leave administration, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and employment legislation.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance management.
Manage performance appraisal and staff development programs.
Advise management on HR best practices and manpower planning.
Oversee work pass applications and compliance.
Prepare HR reports, manpower budgets, and management updates.
Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM requirements.
Experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
