Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Sales Account Manager to build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and deliver excellent service while supporting the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and professional advice to customers, ensuring their requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate products or solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sales activities align with business objectives and customer expectations.
Stay informed of industry developments, market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, market developments, and business opportunities.
Support the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
Be willing to travel overseas when required for business meetings, customer visits, or project support.
Requirements
Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an advantage but is not essential.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to build lasting customer relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
