Job Title: Graphic Designer (2D / 3D Art & Character Design)

Company Overview

ArtVo Cameron is an immersive theme park and interactive 3D optical illusion art

museum located in Cameron Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia. Developed as part of the

Armani Cameron Township project under the ArtVo Global brand, it offers visitors an

immersive, hands-on visual experience. We are looking for a versatile, passionate

Graphic Designer with strong expertise in both 2D and 3D visual creation to elevate our

brand identity across digital and physical media.

Position Summary

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling assets

across a variety of media. You will craft unique 2D/3D art, design original characters,

and produce print-ready collateral such as marketing brochures and large-format

signage.

Key Responsibilities

1. 2D & 3D Art Creation

• Design and render high-quality 3D assets, models, and visual concepts for

marketing, promotional materials, and digital displays.

• Create vector illustrations, key visual concepts, and 2D digital artwork aligned

with company guidelines.

2. Character Design & Illustration

• Conceptualize and illustrate original characters for theme park mascots,

campaigns, digital media, and storytelling assets.

• Develop character model sheets, poses, expressions, and color palettes.

3. Marketing & Print Media Design

• Design professional multi-page brochures, product catalogs, flyers, and sales

collateral from concept through final print delivery.

• Ensure print setup compliance, including bleed, trim, resolution, and color

profiles (CMYK).

4. Environmental & Signage Design

• Design large-format physical graphics including signage, outdoor banners, event

booths, wayfinding systems, and retail displays.

• Coordinate material specifications, proportions, and visual visibility for physical

installations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine

Arts, 3D Animation, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional design experience (portfolio submission

required).

Software Proficiency:

• 2D Design: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• 3D Design: Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or ZBrush.

Core Skills:

• Strong foundation in illustration, character development, and color theory.
• Preparing files for print production (pre-press setup for brochures and large-format signage).
• Good eye for layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Soft Skills:

• Strong creative problem-solving and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and production teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight project deadlines.
