Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Assist with job posting and vacancy management on recruitment platforms.
• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate and recruitment databases.
• Assist with recruitment activities, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.

Compensation & Benefits / HR Administration

• Assist with attendance and employee records checking.
• Support HR documentation and filing.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of HR reports.
• Support basic payroll and C&B-related administrative activities.
• Assist with employee records and HR system updates.

General HR Support

• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports.
• Participate in HR projects and improvement initiatives.
• Perform other reasonable HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Applicants who are required to complete an industrial training / internship are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn about HR operations.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
