Kerja Sepenuh Masa Operations Assistant (Logistic Department), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di HB GLASS & ALUMINIUM SDN. BHD. Johor - Maukerja

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring smooth daily operations, particularly in lorry planning, coordination, and execution. You will work closely with internal teams and drivers to ensure timely deliveries, efficient route management, and high service performance.

Role & Responsibilities

· Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing truck orders to ensure operational efficiency

· Coordinate with drivers for smooth pick-up and delivery arrangements

· Monitor daily routes and transport activities to identify delays, issues, and improvement opportunities

· Support in resolving operational issues, delivery discrepancies, and urgent situations promptly

· Maintain accurate records of truck assignments, deliveries, fuel usage, and related documentation.

· Monitor and support driver performance, attendance, and compliance with operational procedures

· Plan, schedule, and allocate daily work activities for drivers, including overtime where necessary, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

· Supervise and monitor staff performance (drivers) to ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely delivery of customer order.

· Responsible for receiving and stamping Purchase Orders (PO), matching PO with Delivery Orders (DO), recording details in the DTF (Document Transfer File), and obtaining store acknowledgement signatures when required.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday : 8:30am - 5:00 pm
Alternate Saturday : 8:30am - 12:00 pm

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
