Location: Damansara, Petaling Jaya

You'll lead and mentor the frontend team while remaining hands-on with Angular, influencing how applications are built, reviewed, optimised and improved.

It's an opportunity to combine people leadership + technical ownership + hands-on development in one role.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' Angular development experience
• Production experience with Angular 15+
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & TypeScript
• Ability to lead, guide & mentor frontend developers
• Experience with RESTful APIs & asynchronous programming
• Familiar with Webpack, Gulp, Grunt or similar tools
• Good knowledge of Git
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Agile development experience
• Jasmine, Mocha or Jest experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

What You'll Lead

• Lead, manage and mentor the frontend development team
• Build scalable and responsive Angular applications
• Guide frontend coding standards and best practices
• Review code and identify anti-patterns & refactoring opportunities
• Improve application performance, speed & responsiveness
• Turn UI/UX designs and business requirements into working solutions
• Strengthen unit testing and frontend code quality
• Collaborate with Backend, UI/UX and QA teams
• Troubleshoot complex frontend issues
• Explore new Angular and frontend technologies
