About the Role

We are seeking a senior investment professional to join our venture debt team. This role is focused on end-to-end deal execution—from sourcing and due diligence to structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions. The ideal candidate is a proven deal-closer with deep expertise in debt financing for high-growth companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities aligned with the fund's mandate.
• Lead comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Structure and negotiate investment terms, including term sheets and investment agreements.
• Drive end-to-end deal execution from origination to final closing.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic guidance for growth and value creation.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with investments.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in venture debt, corporate banking, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or structured finance.
• Proven track record of leading and closing investment/debt transactions.
• Strong financial modelling, credit analysis, and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong grasp of economic and market drivers.
• Knowledge of the technology industry and startup ecosystem is desirable.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
