Working Location: Marina View
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with digital banking services and self-service transactions.
Guide customers on the use of digital banking platforms and mobile applications.
Provide basic support and troubleshooting for digital banking-related enquiries.
Promote the adoption and usage of digital banking services.
Assist with general customer enquiries and provide a positive customer experience.
Support day-to-day branch operations when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Digital Ambassador within the banking industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a professional and approachable personality.
Comfortable assisting customers with digital banking platforms and technologies.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
