We are partnering with a well-established education institution in Singapore to appoint a
Marketing Manager
. This role plays a key part in driving brand visibility, engagement, and enrolment through integrated marketing strategies across digital, media, and on-ground channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across digital, media, and on-site channels
Manage agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution
Drive public relations, media engagement, and content development
Oversee branding and production of marketing collateral
Plan and manage social media strategy and content calendar
Support events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
Maintain marketing tools, templates, and digital platforms
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support enrolment initiatives
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in Marketing / Communications
Proven experience in integrated campaigns (digital + offline)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiar with Singapore market and multicultural environment
Technical Skills
Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM
CRM and marketing automation tools
Social media platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
CMS/design tools (e.g. WordPress, Canva)
Data analysis and campaign reporting
