Job Summary
Support project execution by coordinating with stakeholders, preparing documentation, and assisting the Project Manager to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to clarify project requirements, track schedules, monitor deliveries, and resolve outstanding issues
Prepare accurate quotations, purchase orders, invoices, reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents to support project progress
Assist the Project Manager in compiling project updates, reports, and presentations for effective communication and decision-making
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Project Manager and project team to maintain smooth project workflows
Manage multiple project, administrative, and accounts-related tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and support project objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
Previous experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and project tracking
