Job Responsibilities

1. Central Kitchen – Quality Control & Food Safety

·       Conduct routine QC inspections on incoming raw materials, WIP and finished products.

·       Conduct GMP, hygiene and food safety inspections and monitor compliance with company SOPs.

·       Verify production, cleaning, sanitation and food safety records are properly completed and maintained.

·       Conduct temperature checks, sampling and other QA/QC verification activities.

·       Identify, report and follow up on quality and food safety non-conformities and CAPA.

·       Support laboratory testing, calibration, pest control and other food safety-related programmes.

·       Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System.

·       Identify opportunities and support initiatives to improve food safety processes, controls and compliance within the Central Kitchen.

·       Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and staff training.

2. Outlets – Quality Assurance & Food Safety

·       Conduct regular outlet inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP and SOP requirements.

·       Review outlet food safety records and follow up on audit findings and CAPA.

·       Monitor food handling and hygiene practices and provide guidance to outlet teams.

·       Support investigations of customer complaints, food safety incidents and non-conformities.

·       Conduct and support staff training on food safety, hygiene and SOP requirements.

·       Prepare and maintain QA/audit documentation and reports.

·       Work with outlet teams to address identified gaps and improve food safety standards and practices.

·       Liaise with operations, vendors and service providers on food safety matters.

·       Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time.
