Responsibilities:

•  Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans

• Conduct lessons to support children’s development

• Document children’s learning progress through portfolios & developmental observations

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning

• Build strong partnerships with parents through regular updates & parent-teacher conferences

• Collaborate with the center team for school events, curriculum planning, and professional development

Requirements:

• Education Background: in Early Childhood or equivalent

• Certification: Must be an ECDA-certified educator
