Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and hands-on Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance works at project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications
• Coordinate and manage workers and subcontractors to optimize workflow and resource allocation
• Monitor work progress and quality to maintain compliance with project requirements and standards
• Identify site issues promptly, coordinate effective solutions, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure project continuity
• Maintain workplace safety by enforcing safety protocols and addressing hazards proactively
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, site coordinators, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure efficient and safe construction operations
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
