We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: Bukit Merah
Contract: 3 Months
Salary: $1600 - $2200
Working hours: Monday - Friday (office hours)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform invoice checking and administrative duties
- Receive, capture and process high volumes of vendor invoices
- Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents
- Verify invoice quantities, prices and terms
- Post verified invoices accurately and promptly into the financial system, such as SAP
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Candidates with GCE O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, A Level or Diploma are welcome to apply
- Relevant administrative or accounts payable experience is an advantage
- Comfortable handling a high volume of invoices and administrative tasks
