Job Title: Graphic Designer & Sales / Production Executive

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Sales / Production Executive to join our team at One7Garage.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys graphic design, automotive-related creative work, customer interaction, social media content, and hands-on production. Graphic design will be the main responsibility, while training will be provided for production machines and other job-related skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Create designs for car wrapping, stickers, signage, promotional materials, and other company projects
• Prepare artwork and production-ready files for printing and cutting
• Work closely with customers to understand their design requirements
• Provide creative design ideas and recommendations to customers
• Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, and sales when required
• Follow up with potential customers and assist with sales closing
• Earn additional commission from successful sales
• Create and post simple social media content for the company
• Take photos and videos of completed projects for social media
• Operate plotter/cutting machines after training
• Operate laser cutting machines after training
• Check artwork, measurements, and production files before production
• Coordinate with the wrapping and production team to ensure designs are produced correctly
• Organise and maintain customer artwork and design files

Requirements

• Creative with a good eye for design
• Able to use graphic design software
• Adobe Illustrator proficiency is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or CorelDRAW is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers and assisting with sales enquiries
• Able to create simple social media content
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
• Able to work well as part of a team
• 1–2 years of relevant graphic design experience is preferred, but not compulsory
• Fresh candidates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
• Experience in automotive, car wrapping, printing, signage, or advertising is an advantage
• Experience operating plotter or laser cutting machines is an advantage, but not required
• Training will be provided

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,000 per month
