Accounting Associate (Junior)

We are looking for a smart, responsible and fast-learning junior to join our accounting team.

What You’ll Do

• Handle bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Prepare reconciliations, schedules and basic management accounts.
• Assist with tax, payroll and company secretarial work.
• Review documents and identify missing or unusual items.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and resolve simple matters.
• Handle other accounting and administrative tasks assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Able to think logically and solve problems instead of just following instructions.
• Able to learn quickly and work independently after proper guidance.

Job Details:

• Salary: RM2,300.00 per month
• Location: Taman Pulai Flora, Skudai
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (7 hours)

Benefits:

• 7 hours working hours daily (junior level)
• After promoted to Accounting Executive, working hours further reduce to 6 hours daily (9am-4pm)
• Performance bonus strictly tied to KPI pre-set

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
