Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Contract & Rate Management
- Maintain and update hotel rates, availability, allocations, and contractual terms for European markets.
- Accurately input hotel contract details, rates, and conditions into the company’s internal system within the required timelines.
- Ensure all contractual information and data entries are complete, accurate, and updated on time.
- Review hotel contract information and identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies or data-related issues.
- Ensure contracted rates, discounts, special offers, and applicable terms are accurately reflected in the system.
Room Allocation & Hotel Coordination
- Monitor and manage room allocations according to business and client requirements.
- Liaise with hotel partners to request and secure additional room allotments when required.
- Follow up with hotels and relevant internal teams on allocation, rate, or contract-related matters.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Review and route incoming hotel correspondence to the appropriate Account Manager or relevant team.
- Process internal tour-related communications, requests, and updates within the required deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, hotel contracting, or related industry would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AS400 (OSCAR), Travel Studio, Channel Manager, or similar travel and hotel management systems would be an added advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
