Your Role
Luxury Sales Consultant (Junior & Senior)
You will:
Represent Pearly Lustre as a
Brand Ambassador
, delivering refined, personalised service
Achieve and exceed
individual sales targets
through consultative selling
Build long-term relationships with local and international clients
Confidently present product stories, craftsmanship, and design inspiration
Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
Maintain elegant visual merchandising and boutique standards
Manage customer enquiries with professionalism and care
Support daily store operations and retail initiatives
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Sales
Lead, coach, and motivate the store sales team
Support store performance, daily targets, and operational excellence
Mentor junior staff and uphold service standards
Assist with stock control, reporting, and merchandising execution
Who We’re Looking For
Senior Sales
Experience in
luxury jewellery, premium fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands
Strong sales performance with leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to manage team performance and store standards
Junior Sales
Passion for luxury, fashion, and customer service
Strong learning mindset and positive attitude
Willingness to be trained and developed
