Senior Executive, Project

Responsibilities:

· Able to handle project independently the construction team.

· Able to handle contractor’s performance and progress of works.

· Ensuring the contract work is executed and comply to the contract standard quality, cost control and complete within the contract period.

· Assist in document filling and records matters.

· Responsible for overall construction site planning, construction activities, management, operation, all relevant report, site meeting and completion of work on time and within budget.

· Ensure the smooth progress and efficiency of the construction work by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specifications standard, quality guidance, safety regulation on site and contractual obligations.

· Communicate/Counseling to all level of Staffs regarding their work/personal related issue.

· Meeting/Appointment Coordination. Prepare Meeting Agendas & Minutes Meeting.

· Handle adhoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural), Architectural or Construction Management .

· Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.

· Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia

· Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in this field is required for this position. (Candidates whom do not fulfil this criteria, need not apply)

· Must have completed a single building project of at least RM70Million and above.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
