Role Description The Recruitment Consultant at HariWang Malaysia is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions across the organization. The Recruitment Consultant will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily tasks include maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interview schedules, providing consultative advice on hiring decisions, and supporting graduate recruitment initiatives. The role also involves preparing recruitment reports, updating applicant tracking systems, and representing the company professionally at career fairs and other talent outreach activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting to manage talent pipelines and hiring initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and talent selection.
• Candidates should possess Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidates effectively and maintain clear, professional interactions.
• Relevant experience in in-house recruitment or agency consulting, preferably within fast-growing or technology-driven organizations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic office productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
