Our client is one of Singapore’s leading critical infrastructure and essential services organisations. As they continue to strengthen their cybersecurity capabilities, they are looking for a Vulnerability Management Specialist to safeguard critical OT, SCADA, CII, IT and network environments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that vulnerability management in critical infrastructure goes beyond scanning—it requires balancing cyber risk, operational resilience and remediation feasibility.

Responsibilities:

• Assess vulnerabilities across OT, SCADA, CII, IT, network and cloud environments, recommending appropriate remediation or compensating controls.
• Coordinate patching, firmware upgrades, remediation plans and maintenance windows with system owners, infrastructure teams and vendors.
• Conduct vulnerability scans across enterprise, OT and air-gapped environments and coordinate penetration testing and asset mapping.
• Track vulnerability exposure, patch compliance, remediation SLAs and other security KPIs/KRIs, presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Support security reviews, risk assessments and audits, including Change Requests, Deviations and Risk Acceptances.
• Provide support for critical patches and deployments during scheduled maintenance windows, including weekends where required.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years’ experience across OT/SCADA/CII, infrastructure, networks, IT or cybersecurity operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, vulnerability and patch management, network security and risk assessment.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting capability across patching, firmware upgrades and configuration changes.

Technical experience in one or more of the following:

• OS & Virtualisation: Linux/RedHat, Windows, VMware vCenter/ESXi, Kubernetes
• Databases: MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
• SAP: Kernel, PO, Support Packages, SAP Notes
• Applications: Java, .NET, Apache, nginx, IIS, WebLogic
• Networks: Cisco, ACI, Arista, F5, Check Point, Palo Alto, routers, switches and firewalls
• VM Analytics: Vulnerability management, dashboards and reporting using Excel, Power BI and Copilot
