The role will work closely with operations teams to maintain quality standards, address operational issues, support audits and ensure compliance with relevant company, customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality procedures, SOPs and documentation.
- Investigate quality issues, operational deviations and customer complaints.
- Work with operations teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits across warehouse processes.
- Maintain proper quality records and documentation.
- Support the implementation of process and operational changes.
- Support QHSE requirements, including safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Follow up on audit findings and non-conformities to ensure timely closure.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity and operational compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to operations staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing quality.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems and audit processes.
- Experience in quality investigations, corrective/preventive actions and audit management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience or training in ISO 13485, SS 620 GDPMDS and GxP principles will be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to work effectively with operations and other stakeholders.
