The Services required are set out as follows:

Assists the HOD/Pupil Management and SH/Pupil Management instudent discipline matters including

·        Patrolling (in and out off school) during schooland after school hours

·        Disciplinary follow up and investigations

·        Managing student late comers

·        Detention/in-house suspension duties during andafter school hours

·        Overseeing Corrective Works Orders

Administration

·        Key into School Cockpit mobile system and otherschool based systems

·        Tracking and following up of late-comers

·        Updating of late-comers files 

·        Updating of detention records 

Supporting the Pupil Management Programmes for targetedstudents

·        Smoking/Vaping Cessation Programme

·        GEAR UP Programme  (including accompanying students out ofschool)

Assist HOD/Pupil Management and PMT to analyse disciplinedata

·        Analyse Discipline Offence Trends

·        Maintain attendance and monitor late-coming

The Personnel shallminimally have the following qualifications and experience:

• At least 1 year experience working with youths and/or discipline matters.
• At least a diploma (qualifications in relevant disciplines such as Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Counselling, etc will be advantageous)

The Personnel shouldpreferably have the following skills:

• An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A meticulous individual who can multi-task and works independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office Applications and IT systems.
