Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their enquiries and purchases.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory management.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and have customer engagement skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, or customer service 
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their enquiries and purchases.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
