Role

We are are seeking a persuasive and energetic Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and tracking marketing trends.

Our ideal candidate will be either someone with 1–2 years of sales and marketing experience (including internships or entry-level roles) and an interest in healthcare, or a biological sciences graduate with an interest in business and sales. They will have a robust understanding of the sales process and superb interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our client base
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners
• Provide timely, effective solutions tailored to clients' needs
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Manage and update the company's social media platforms
• Design and prepare marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, flyers, and promotional content
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the biotech and healthcare sectors
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Stay up to date on new product launches, competitor progress and keep the team informed

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing (including internships or entry-level roles), or a strong interest in business and sales for science graduates
• Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver projects and respond to inquiries on time
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

Good to Have

• Experience with social media marketing platforms and content strategy
• Proficiency in multiple languages
• Familiarity with design or AI tools for content creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe, generative AI tools)
• Interest in or knowledge of healthcare, biotechnology, or regenerative medicine
