Recruit Express Healthcare Division is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join us!

What you’ll be doing

• Handle and manage the full recruitment process

• Source and engage suitable candidates for healthcare positions

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Manage pre-boarding, onboarding and off-boarding of employees

• Liaise with clients on their staffing needs and requirements

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

• Support the wellbeing and employment matters of our staff

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline

• Someone who enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, driven and willing to learn

• Passionate about recruitment, people and building relationships
