Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and dedicated educators and therapists to join our core team as Supervisors. Together, we design support programmes, provide training, coach parents and stakeholders, deliver personal and group coaching, and contribute to a mission of creating meaningful changes within the community.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field that enables you to connect with and support others.
- Experience: At least 2 years of full time experience in support and intervention work with neurodiverse children or adolescents, with diverse exposure across settings such as individual and group sessions, schools, and the workplace.
- Learning Mindset: Open-minded and eager to learn beyond a single approach or principle, embracing a holistic perspective. We prioritise client-centred learning over approach-centred models.
- Strong passion and a desire to make a change. Open-minded and willing to explore and self-challenge.
- People Person: A natural strength in relating and empathising with others, coupled with strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and learning.
Nice to have:
- Professional Certification: BCBA, QBA, BCaBA, or QASP-S (Certified or Candidate). We also welcome applicants with other relevant certifications.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively across diverse disciplines.
- Growth-Oriented: Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional growth, adaptable to various service structures including parent collaboration, workshops, and direct stakeholder engagement.
