• Strategic Planning: Developing and executing a group-wide HR strategy aligned with the company's goals and accreditation standards.
• Compliance: Ensuring all HR policies, procedures, and records comply with national labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Talent Acquisition: Overseeing recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
• Training & Development: Designing and delivering staff training programs, including mandatory healthcare -related modules.
• Performance Management: Leading the implementation of performance appraisal systems that align with hospital values
• Employee Relations: Fostering a positive work culture focused on ethics, diversity, inclusion, and staff well-being.

The role requires a strategic thinker, operational executioner, and exceptional interpersonal skills. It is essential for the HR Manager to be proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and data-driven decision-making.
