About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager Consultant to join a Software Engineering team, supporting critical business systems for a large healthcare and pharmaceuticals organization. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager, with the ability to lead problem resolution and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to expert for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues within SAP Solution Manager and related business-critical systems.
• Lead and collaborate with team members, taking ownership of decisions and driving effective team performance.
• Engage with cross-functional and multiple stakeholder teams to contribute to key technical and operational decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams within the organization.
• Develop deep expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Support and guide colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability and delivery quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs and requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and innovative approaches.
• Analyze recurring problems and propose strategic, long-term solutions to prevent future disruptions and optimize system operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expert-level proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) (mandatory).
• Recommended: Expert proficiency in SAP Marketing Cloud – Data Management.
• Recommended: Proficiency in SAP Marketing Cloud – Campaign Management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex, multi-component system issues.
• Proven experience working in an application support/production support environment for enterprise business systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert while contributing to team decision-making.
• Prior experience supporting large-scale, business-critical applications is highly desirable.
