Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
- Process booking orders and coordinate shipment handovers to Operations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates and exceptions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and feedback professionally.
- Provide spot quotations and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and support customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and service excellence.
- Support sustainability initiatives and customer requests related to Go Green programs.
