Company Background: Global aerospace technology company that develops and manufactures aircraft systems, avionics, engines and related aerospace components for commercial, business and defense markets.
Job Scopes:
- Resolve material-related issues to ensure smooth production operations.
- Ensure timely material ordering and availability to meet production requirements.
- Monitor sales, inventory levels and delivery schedules through daily/weekly meetings.
- Prepare daily reports and analyze material availability, inventory and delivery status.
- Identify and escalate actual or potential material shortages that may affect production.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production and engineering teams across multiple time zones to resolve material issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- 1 year relevant experience
- Experience with SAP Systems is an added advantage
- Good skill in MS Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, etc)
- Good English communication skill
