Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Review architectural and structural drawings, calculate costs for labor and materials, and prepare project schedules.
• Site Management: Supervise daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and workers, and solve technical problems.
• Quality & Safety: Conduct site inspections, test construction materials, and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients, architects, main contractors, and local authorities.
• Oversee sites: Manage daily operations and guide construction teams.
• Solve problems: Fix technical issues and design temporary support structures.
• Ensure safety: Enforce health and safety rules on the job site.
• Control budgets: Track spending and keep projects on schedule
