Radiographer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray and other radiographic examinations according to doctors’ requests.
• Operate and maintain radiography equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure patients are properly positioned and prepared for imaging procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide appropriate assistance during examinations.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure radiographic images are of good quality for accurate diagnosis.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the radiography room and equipment.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses and other clinic staff to provide quality patient care.
• Follow clinic policies, procedures and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
• Registered with the relevant professional body, where applicable.
• Previous experience as a Radiographer is an advantage.
• Able to operate X-ray equipment confidently and safely.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, patient-friendly and able to work independently.
• Willing to work according to the clinic's operating schedule.
