Job Title: Sales Assistant/Pharmacy Assistant

Monthly gross salary up to RM1,800 – RM2,500 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product advice.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and the retail environment is clean and organized.
• Handle inventory and cashiering tasks efficiently.
• Support promotional and marketing activities as needed.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Membantu pelanggan dalam mengenal pasti dan membeli produk.
• Memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang serta nasihat mengenai produk.
• Memastikan rak sentiasa dipenuhi dan persekitaran runcit bersih serta teratur.
• Mengendalikan inventori dan tugas juruwang dengan cekap.
• Menyokong aktiviti promosi dan pemasaran apabila diperlukan.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent).
• Diploma or Degree holders in any field are encouraged to apply (e.g., Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Science, etc.).
• For Pharmacy Assistant: A Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy is required.

Skills and Qualities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

Availability:

• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
