We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join NEXEA and support our growing team.

You’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll, and office administration while helping us maintain a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations
• Maintain HR policies, records, and compliance
• Coordinate training, employee engagement, and company events
• Support payroll and statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRD Corp
• Manage office administration, supplies, maintenance, and day-to-day operations
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
