Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and coordinating payroll-related information with relevant stakeholders. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer documentation. The Human Resources Executive also handles employee relations matters, assists in performance management processes, and supports HR reporting and compliance with local labor regulations. Collaboration with management and team leaders to address HR-related inquiries and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including experience supporting core HR functions and processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as handling HR administration, maintaining HR systems, and coordinating HR documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including managing employee inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and contributing to engagement initiatives.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies, including understanding, implementing, and updating HR guidelines in line with local regulations.
• Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Beneficial skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or sales and marketing environment, and knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, are advantageous.
